We loved this hotel's location right by the beach, with easy access to sunny beach and the Prego restaurant at the entrance of the area. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch, with fancy dinners, good quality food, and great cocktails. The staff was attentive and polite, offering good service and making sure we had everything we needed.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Extremely small rooms with antique appliances. Ridiculous 1980s fridge and tablet-size CRT TV. Internet is only available in the lobby and, during my stay, had frequent interruptions which made it pretty unusable.

Quiet hotel , excellent staff (they spoked english and deutsch perfectly) , excellent location (right on the beach). The hotel manager always asked us if there is any problem and if we enjoyed our stay. The aircon was very good and the food also. This is the first hotel where you have beer, juice, water and wine included in the full bord option.

Parking was very expensive.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach in a bustling area. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us. The room was beautifully designed with a stunning view from the 12th floor. The cleanliness of the rooms, restaurants, and toilets around the pools was impressive. The food served for dinner was delicious, and we were particularly impressed by the polite and knowledgeable gentleman who seated us. the service was top-notch and the location was unbeatable.

The hotel has great sea views and a lovely beach area. We enjoyed the all-inclusive dining and drinks, with a range of options available. Additionally, there were plenty of sun lounges and nearby water sports for us to enjoy.

There were a few negatives during our romantic escape. The elevators were often slow and crowded, which made getting around the hotel frustrating. Additionally, the staff weren't always friendly and welcoming, which detracted from the overall experience. Finally, the pool area was also quite small and got crowded quickly, making relaxation difficult.

Excelent food for a 3 star hotel. The place was also great, rooms had sea view with nice balcony.

They had modest rooms, old and small, but clean and with almost everything, you need: ac, tv, and fridge. (According to room price). Hotel does not have a swimming pool but you can pay for a nice one outside hotel.

This hotel is located in a great area with the beach just across the alley. The breakfast in the main restaurant was very entertaining. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had modern amenities like a fridge stocked with drinks and a free safe.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the public toilets, could benefit from maintenance.

I decided to take advantage of a great offer at Grifid and had an amazing few days of fun and relaxation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from the beautiful and clean room to the variety of amenities. The three restaurants offered delicious and diverse options, with the Fusion restaurant being a particularly special experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that I felt welcomed and had a wonderful time. I had a fantastic stay and can't wait to return in the future.

The hotel was really close to the beach. The waiters are polite. The are a lot of meals you can choose.The rooms are clean.Good value for money.

You have to wait a lot of time to the lift. Instead of the lot of meals you will bore them, because they are very similar. The wifi is available only in the hall. The building is a little bit old.

-Close location to the beach -Quiet location away from the noisy center -had a shopping market at the ground floor -pleasant and polite staff

-Elevators- only 2 present and very slow to operate ( old fashioned elevators) -Expensive parking (20 leva/ day) which was not even on the hotel premises, we had to drive over to another hotel ; i would have expected free transport from a parking of my choice back to the metropol hotel. There were 6 leva/day parking spaces nearby -some food variations were poorly prepared : overcooked or undercooked
